This year is going to be an intense year for healing. The energy is pushing us all to heal, grow and raise our vibrations. As this energy forces us to uplevel, it can create an energetic misalignment, which our bodies feel as pain, disease, illness and injuries. Healing won’t be optional for anyone this year. It's understanding how your mind is always creating your reality. Here's a brief overview of what we'll be covering...
Week 1
At the root of pain is an unprocessed emotion. Emotions are energy and they are messengers from the past, but we don’t need to hold onto them! Learn how to break through emotional roadblocks with some of my favorite techniques to safely process your emotions so they don’t stick around and cause more fear, uncertainty or worry in your life. You'll also learn how to shift the emotions and stories that are limiting your progress and keeping you in pain so you can feel more empowered and allow your body to feel safe to heal. Followed by Q&A.
Week 2
This week is all about learning how to heal from the past and dropping some of the baggage you’ve been carrying around that no longer serves you. Most of the time you're unaware of it and it isn’t even yours to begin with! In most cases, we're only as healed as the people who raised us, until we do our own inner work. I'll guide you through a Shamanic Inner Child journey, a subconscious exercise to help break these cycles, release blocked energy and uncover and shift any beliefs that are subconsciously running the show, so you can choose how you desire to feel and show up in your life. You'll receive an audio recording of the journey so you can continue to go deeper on your own. Followed by Q&A.
Week 3
Without supervision, your mind is like a 2-year-old left home alone with a knife! This week you'll learn how to corral your monkey mind and take this belief work one step further with tools and techniques to shift your limiting beliefs and internal chatter in the moment. We'll go over a process to identify which beliefs are keeping you stuck in thought patterns that continue to produce the same outcomes in your career, finances, health and relationships. Then you'll learn how to choose and reinforce a new belief in the moment so you can tell a more empowering story that feels good in your body. We'll also talk about how to shift your negativity bias and bring your mind back to the present moment. This is powerful for shifting out of anxiety and worry. Followed by Q&A.
Week 4
You are the conscious creator of your life! This week you’ll learn how to create and step into that vision, while avoiding common pitfalls along the way. Pain is often the catalyst that invites you to grow into a bigger version of yourself. You’ll learn how to feel more self-love, forgiveness and gratitude, the secret sauce for healing and how to get more of what you desire. Followed by Q&A.

About the Program
This is a group program that takes place on Zoom. You will also be part of a private Facebook group, where you'll receive feedback and can get your questions answered in between calls. This will also house all of our course materials and bonuses. You don’t need to be present on the call in order to participate. A replay will be posted in the FB group following each class. About Beth
Beth believes everyone has the ability to heal and that no one is broken. She has combined her years of working as a bodyworker and movement therapist with her ability to read the energy of the body.
