Your body holds the energy of everything you’ve ever experienced in your life. You also carry the energy of any beliefs you picked up from others and took on as your own.
As children, we’re like sponges, creating beliefs about ourselves and the world from our caregivers, peers and the media. We’re all the product of imperfect childhoods (even if we swear they were perfect!), influenced by parents who were still in need of their own healing and from the limiting beliefs we formed along the way.
This is part of the human experience. A small part of our mind consists of conscious thoughts. The majority, however, is subconscious programming we’ve picked up, mainly in childhood.
We carry this programming into adulthood, where we continue to view the world through this same lens, often repeating the same patterns, beliefs and relationship dynamics.
You attract into your life what you need in order to heal. This is why so many relationships can feel like they have the same challenges or end in a similar way. This is also why we keep getting triggered by the same situations and similar types of people.
Your Symptoms Are Messages
Accidents, injuries and surgeries also impact your energy. As do any traumas you’ve experienced. A trauma doesn’t have to be a major event. It can also be a time when you felt small, invalidated or ashamed.
Until you release these emotions, you’ll continue to hold them in your body. Emotions are simply energy in motion. When you feel a flutter in your stomach, tightness in your head or warmth in your heart, you’re feeling energy move in your body.
As humans, we’re meant to process and release these emotions/energy. When we don’t, this energy continues to grow and expand in the body. Like a factory processing orders, the conveyor belt must continue to move. When we get stuck and ruminate on a thought or don’t process or seek to understand what’s happening to us, eventually it shuts down the entire factory.
This is when we experience pain, illness, disease, a loss of vitality and other physical and emotional challenges.
You Are Not Your Symptoms
When you only address the physical body and its symptoms, the underlying energy still remains. You’ll understand this if you’ve ever had surgery or even enjoyed a massage and things felt better in the short term, but later, the pain returned or new symptoms popped up somewhere else.
True healing isn’t a bandaid approach. It’s a long-term solution. And I believe with every ounce of my being that everyone has the ability to heal. Nothing in nature is designed to stay broken. Neither are you.
What you’re being asked to do is heal on a deeper level than you’ve likely done before.
When we work together, we address the mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic aspects of your body. Misalignments and imbalances cause pain, symptoms and illness. It's important to do the healing work to bring them back into balance and create harmony in the body.
As a master psychic healer and medical intuitive, my work blends the world of medicine and my knowledge of the body with the power of working with energy, which gives us a much deeper, more laser-focused understanding of what's going on in the body and why.

Our Journey Together
Our work together is a journey of deepening your sense of self awareness and connection to your body, utilizing tools to reduce stress, strengthening your connection to your soul and intuition and healing the root cause of emotional and physical pain.
I work with clients who are ready to take responsibility for their own healing and who aren’t looking for a quick fix. This work requires a commitment to yourself and to the healing process. I’ll be your guide, showing you the path to healing and working with the energy to help you identify what needs healing or is out of alignment, but ultimately, you are responsible for your own healing, mindset shifts and embodying the work.
I'm committed to empowering you with the tools and mindset to help you heal yourself now and into the future. I promise to support you as a healer and guide, but how you choose to move forward with the information and guidance is entirely up to you.
Much like any other healthcare practice, this work is most effective when you commit to the process and show up for yourself regularly. During a healing program, we meet weekly on Zoom or over the phone and you'll be given things to work on throughout the week and any supportive materials (custom meditation, journaling prompts, etc) to help facilitate a shift in your growth and healing. You also have access to me throughout the week on Voxer, email and Messenger. Each healing program is customized to your unique needs and energy.
